2. Use of Services

Zido Fitness provides digital fitness content, trainer connectivity, and health tracking. Our services are for personal, non-commercial use only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

3. Health Disclaimer

Fitness training involves risk. You should consult with a physician before starting any new exercise program. Zido Fitness is not a medical organization and our trainers cannot provide medical advice.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium and Elite subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. User Conduct

Users must interact respectfully with trainers and other community members. Harassment, abuse, or illegal activity will result in immediate account termination.
